Who do you work with for therapy?

• I see individuals age 5 through adulthood.  I don’t see couples.

What Insurance companies do you accept?

• Wellmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Iowa and United Behavioral Health. Private pay clients are also accepted.

How do I know if my insurance covers therapy?

• Before your first appointment you should call the phone number listed on the back of your insurance card and ask what your benefits for therapy are. How much is your copay for therapy. How many sessions are covered?

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

• I understand sometimes conflicts arise and you need to cancel an appointment. I require 24 hour notification to cancel an appointment without being charged a cancellation fee.
